Hi,

I wiped my 9930 with BBsak. it restarted and i get a black screen saying
"Error 507
Reload Software"
I start up Blackberry Desktop, click Get Update then Install Update
it says "connecting to boot rom" and the device immediately restarts, and goes back to the black screen with error 507. as many times as i click Install Update, it restarts the device.
i tried this with application loader as well and get the same results over and over.

any help is appreciated.

I would shop it because by the time you go through 25 attempts to fix it they would have it done at the shop ready to go.

Follow this link... Step 2 is crucial. As soon as you put the battery in and you see a red light, plug it in to computer.
