There is a thread about someone using nailpolish remover to do this. I'm sure if you use the search function you will find it.
I got the Rogers logo off mine by lightly scraping it off with a penny (not scraping hard but with enough force to scratch it off) then when there was quite a bit off and it was only a bit faint I ran over it a few times with a cotton ball dabbed in nail polish remover (compliments of my ma, make sure it has acetone) but don't soak it because obviously you don't want to water damage your phone.. I'm not sure if the black paint on the white phone is any different than the white paint on the black Bold but the same trick worked on my Pearl 9100 as well...
Acetone, worked like a charm :)
From what I know. U can use a copper coin
Sugar cube.

I removed mine with nail polish remover and Qtips. Takes a few minutes.

Cool, I want to get the Rogers branding off of my white bold that I'm using on TELUS. Thanks for the tips...I'll probably give it a try this week. It won't void the warranty, will it?
my 9900 came unbranded . that's just the way sk telecom sells their berrys.
:D <---that's me laughing
Is that true ?? unbranded . . .
Wooden q-tip dipped in acetone. Flick out the excess rub and rotate. Repeat prcedure with a new q-tip. Worked great for me. There will be a real faint ghost barely visible left.

Bell's devices are unbranded too.
Used a penny and then eraser to get the remaining bits off. Did the job on my Rogers, black 9900
I don't mind the branding on mine... Kinda proud to have VZW service...
i keep my rogers on it... i had to pay more cus i was on rogers. Im going to embrace it like it actually meant something.
If for some reason you don't feel like removing the logo with acetone, Faceplate | Housing | Repair parts | Accessories | Mobile parts - Cellular Accessories | Mobile sells the bottom piece unbranded for literally a couple bucks. Swapping it out for another is a simple 1 minute process as well.
Acetone and Penny worked like a charm. Now if only I could remove the timer with spinning hands that appears during daily use......
Unbranded. Theonly thing embedded from sk telecom is the initial startup sreen with their unique "T" logo. If you like I can post photos of my 9900.
Yea mine came unbranded from Wind Mobile. I'm lucky cause my 9700 from Wind Mobile was branded but not my beautiful 9900!
