Just a quick question for anyone with a 9900/9930, does Epocrates work on it right now?

Epocrates does not work but I have found that Medscape works.

9900 here as well, Epocrates kept giving me user name/password errors, even though my credentials were good. Medscape is a good alternative.

Good news! A beta version of Epocrates in now available for the 9900. I wrote to Epocrates, and they replied to contact them at 1-800-230-2150. I did, chose option 4, and a technician guided me through the installation of the beta. The app took a long time to autoupdate, but now it's running flawlessly.

Besides Epocrates I would recommend Medscape and Qx Calculate, both available for free at BB App World. Also, Pepid from pepid.com works great on the 9900, but it's a paid app.

Do you have a link for the beta or is it by invite only?

Thanks! I called in today and got a beta, working well so far! The tech was cool and walked me thru everything. I also asked about playbook support, which unfortunately there hasn't been much demand from Epocrates users. Maybe if we bug them about it lol. He was interested in a playbook too, hopefully he picks one up and enjoys it!

I'm located overseas so calling is not a feasible option. Do you have the link where you downloaded the beta?
