    No way bar taking it apart. But I believe the glass and display are fused together so no way of getting it out. Had it on my 9800 and it was a pain and a half. Sorry.

    This is a known issue so your carrier should replace or service your unit for free. U jbiw rgar Telus had replaced a unit for one of my friends for the exact same issue.

    Yes, just have it replaced. I had the same issue with one of mine and Verizon replaced it no questions asked.
