So I loaded the 7.1.0.402 on my 9930 lastnight but i realized that I didn't delete the vendor file! Does that directly affect the phone in any way or is it safe? Would you recommend reloading the OS and starting from there?
Must have been a Verizon build. It won't harm or do anything. It is only there so if it's an att build it will look for an att phone before it will install etc.
The .402 OS is a leak and not official. There are no vendor files requiring deletion in a leaked OS. You should be good to go. If an official OS is chosen Loader will not recognize the file unless Vendor files are deleted or the OS is from your own vendor.
