Device Switch Help

hi,

I am new to switching devices using Desktop manager. Can someone kinda guide me as to what to do. I have read not to transfer the 3rd party applications. I want to transfer my contacts, calendar and the rest of my data. I am coming from a storm 2 so can i take the sd card out of there and but it into my new 9930. if so should i do this before or after the transfer.

Or if you can point me to a thread i would be grateful

In the desktop manager there should be a menu called switch devices...

SD card... As long you didn't encrypt it, there should be no problem.

You may get problems with third party apps, but you can still delete them on your new device! But better do not transfer them!
