switched from a 9790 ( which i not longer have possesion of) to a 9900, but i cant get my pics onto the phne
i have backup files from quite recently but it wont load the new pics,
nor does Desktop manager say they exist

help?

Try connecting the 9900 to your computer then open My Computer and you should see the various C Drive / D Drive etc. The 9900 should be listed there too. Click on the 9900 and open the directory files. At this point navigate to the pictures section and you can copy and paste the pictures from their file location. The pictures will copy into the folder on the 9900.
