    I received my 9930 last night and was all ready to get started switching from my Thunderbolt. I just couldn't stand carrying around two batteries and still worrying that I couldn't get to a charger. Anyway, *228 was a no go. Turns out my 4G sim number is locked into my account and they can't get the Bold sim to activate. They can't even delete the 4G number from my account so there is no way to bypass it.

    Well....at least this is what they are telling me.

    I just got off the phone again with customer service and they are hoping they can get this up and running by later today or tomorrow. Ugh. This is not good.
