A bought all the stuff needed to convert my Black 9930 to White. I've looked at all the tear-down video's to take it apart but the problem I'm having is when I take off the original keyboard there's electrical(?) Components or pressure pads underneath that keyboard that are not on the new keyboard that came with the kit. My question would be, are those components suppose to be with the new keyboard or do I take off the original and attach them to the new keyboard? If it's the latter, how do I take it off?

Just a side note, I'm a total newb when it comes to taking phones/computers apart so if there's a video that you can direct me to, that would be great.

Take it from someone whose done the same thing to other BlackBerry's, it's not worth it...especially for inexperienced people like you and I. There's a lot more to it than you would think. Even if you do it properly, the quality of those things is not good.
