The convenience key on my Rogers 9900 is not working. I press it and nothing happens. I tried reloading and updating my operating system but still it doesn't seem to fix it. Is this a known issue? Or is it a hardware issue? Could it be a software related issue? Has anybody else here been dealing with an issue similar to this?
I had this issue before on my Mexico4 built Rogers 9900. Sometimes it would take multiple presses for it to function to the point where it wasn't even worth using.
It's probably a hardware issue. Try to get it repaired or exchanged with the warranty. For me, mine just started working normally again one day and it's been fine since. Weird.
