Since upgrading to OS 7.1 on 9930, when creating or editing contacts, add pause or add wait no longer appears in menu. ???
Comma is pause, exclamation is wait. Actually, when you're in a contact and adding phone number, its just N and B, no alt needed.
I had this problem too. Why would they take this feature out? If we didn't know about 'n' or 'b' we wouldn't be able to add a pause or wait in a phone number.
No idea why they removed from menu items, but for just about any platform a comma is a pause and @ is wait.
