New to Blackberry. I know in the past you could make custom labels for your contacts (School, Office, Blackberry, etc.. rather than just the mobile, home, work, etc.) I can't seem to find a way to do this on the Bold 9930? Is it possible to do? If so, how? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I think this is what you're looking for:

    1. Go to your contacts list.
    2. Choose any contact that you want to put a category under.
    3. Press the BB/Menu button.
    4. Go to "Edit"
    5. Scroll down to "Categories" and press the "Edit" button.
    6. It'll then take you to a screen with "Select Categories", and you should have nothing, since you haven't created any.
    7. Press the BB/Menu button again and select "New".
    8. Type the name of your Category, such as "Work Contacts" and hit enter.
    9. Then check the Category you want or you can create more, or delete ones you don't want.
    10. Then just save it. You can no filter your contacts/address book by hitting the BB/Menu button and going to "Filter" and choosing the appropriate contacts you're looking for.

    Hope this helps.
