Yes, T Mobile is still trying to blame Blackberry. Figures! Sorry about your new phone, Dude.

Did you get a brand new phone or a refurbished phone?

This is happening with my 9810 on T-Mobile as well. There is a thread on the TMO Support site, but so far only discernment is the WIFI calling issue identified above. SIM card replacements don't work. I got a replacement phone from TMO, still reboots when WIFI calling enabled.... And just like that, as I'm writing this post, WIFI calling pops up on my "new" phone, with WIFI enabled, AND IT WORKS. Crossing fingers now...

It started happening to me yesterday too on my 9810 and 9900! I got a new sim card, but that wasn't the problem. It happens on all three wifi networks I've tried to connect to wifi on. Last night at the bar I was at, it stayed on their wifi for about an hour, then the reboots started up again.

Is there a fix for this yet? I looked through all 3 pages of this thread, and there doesn't appear to be one. This is really bothering me!!

No 'fix'. It 'magically' fixed itself. Stupid T Mobile!

I seem to have fixed mine by going to Mobile Network in my Options, and changing it to Mobile Network only. I used to have Unlimited UMA calling with T-Mobile, but since they have those Everything plans, I now only connect to wifi for faster browsing. Now my phone seems fine and can still be on wifi.

Mine was working fine, then it behaved the same as above. I did many wipes and assumed it must be a cache clearing issue. Tmobile is sending me a new phone now on rush order. Now I don't know what to think as I turned off the wifi calling as tall said and it is fine.

"Glad" i found this thread. Thought my phone just went nuts on its own. I am only on T mobile USA for another month before i go back to Europe. 30 minutes ago my phone started rebooting for no reason, it has never done this before. I turned off wifi in the 3 seconds i had before it would reboot again and it worked like a charm. Only other time i have had a unwanted reboot happen is with the camera flash rebooting the phone on an old dying battery.

Glad i know the hardware is OK.

    Weird issue.

I just took out my T-Mobile SIM card and I am using my phone with the WiFi on with no problem. Of course we all need that SIM card to be back in so we can use WiFi calling. At least we know it has to do with the network.

My 9900 started doing that yesterday when I did a 3 finger salute. It took me about 4 wipes and reloads of the OS to get it to be stable. I haven't enabled wifi yet. Is it stable now?

My 9900 has been on today now for 2 hours. Turned wifi calling back on. So far so good. But it worked fine for several hours last night before going crazy again so we'll see. I'm hoping that T Mobile has fixed the problem.

I received a replacement phone today but I think I am just going to send it right back! These "replacements" are refurbished phones and I know that mine was just fine before this mess!

My 9810 had the problem. It seems to have been fixed sometime between 10am and 11am PDT today in the Los Angeles market.

And they're sending me a supposedly new phone....
