Anyone else having problems with track up mode?

Was a pain to be walking out and bb maps not pointing the right way.

I don't think track up mode uses the compass. Track up is going to orient the map based on GPS information collected as you move, and orient the map accordingly. If your GPS signal is not reliable because of interference from buildings or trees or mountains, the track up will also bounce around.

sulcopete is correct from my experience it has nothing to do with the compass. It is based on GPS information and your movements.

Thanks for the replies. Maybe a small compass overlay in the corner of the map would do the trick.
