Lately I've seen that my phone is slowing up a bit more than usual. It gives me the little blackberry clock much too often. I have tried battery pulling but it doesn't go away. I tried closing apps but still it does this. Specially with google maps. I have not installed any new apps or anything else.
I'm wondering ifi should just reset it to factory.

1. do advance backup (backup what is needed.. dont backup settings...and stuffs.)......
2. wipe device...
3. restore.....

Be sure you are exiting apps, not just closing them. Hold down the BB button and make sure you only have the big 5 icons. Also, watch the refresh rates of your social media and news apps. The best way to manage battery and memory is the device user.
