Hopefully T-Mobile but I don't know since they got the 9780. I'd say its a safe bet to assume AT&T.

you mean its safe to assume Verizon as it is CDMA?

at&t gets the "torch2" for sure and Verizon gets the Bold Touch for sure.. Unless they decide to make two different Bold Touch's (which I think they might do ex. dakota/montana as in montana is CDMA and dakota is GSM)

I would imagine AT&T and Verizon for sure. T-Mobile is also possible, but not sure they will get it at first seeing as how they are the only major carrier with the 9780.

T-Mobile better get this phone to replace the 9780, which is a shoddy piece of Mexico assembled junk.

I would imagine all 4 are going to get it since they all have a bold right now and there are CDMA(montana) and GSM(dakota) variants. Its not an exclusive so why wouldn't they provide it to the big 4.

I thought we all saw the spec sheets?

A version of this phone will be made for AT&T, T-Mobile and a CDMA model. Who gets the CDMA model, we don't know, looks like Verizon and Sprint will have to have a fight to the death to see who gets it.

I assumed everyone knew there were 2 versions of the bold touch? CDMA and GSM.

Yeah I thought everyone knew this, but remember its not 100%. I believe it will go to at&t and Verizon and maybe later Sprint and T-Mobbile, but remember T-Mobile has the 9780.

If you guys look at the GSM roadmap you'll see Tmo's magenta colors showing the bold touch arriving sometime june. Also, you can see the torch 2 and a note saying 'will be considered."

I believe tmo will def. get the bold touch and att the torch 2. Since at&t stopped selling the 9700, i am pretty sure the bold touch will make it to their line up as well.

Just like the Bold 9650,Sprint and Verizon should get this. Verizon especially, they really need a new higher-quality BB.Their BB lineup is looking old.

Amen! I am still shocked that two years later, I have no new BB options. I wonder what VZW would say if I came in with my old Tour and asked to resign with another Tour for two years... I hope they would smack me.

I am trying to hold out for another BB but my Tour seems like it wants to bite the dust asap.

Just buy a used Tour to tide you over for a few more months if your current one is about to bite the dust.

That's not for sure and some people have come forward saying that it will not get approved.

    Thank God. **** AT&T

I was gonna say the same thing. Verizon is on a big phone release lately so I'd imagine they'd have things lined up to get the Bold Touch.
