is it coming out for AT&T or T-mobile?
is it coming out for AT&T or T-mobile?
Odds are that both will get it.
probably all.
I hope vodafone get it on launch.
You can pretty much guarantee they will ;)
Good ole vodafone :D I decided to not get the 9780 and wait for this. Hopefully not too long now! Just got a couple of days to find out now ;)
You getting it phill?
it will come out for most carriers especially a phone as nice as this. my guess is tmobile than att and everywhere else. more the marrier!
lets see if AT&T wants to release it first like before.
Unless they don't support blackberry at all you would have to think that every carrier will take both the bold touch and apollo/sedona (depending on network type) because even if they had decided to minimise the amount of blackberries they would stock those two seem like a no-brainer.
Its on the 2011 roadmap for everyone to enjoy.

Ahhh, I like this answer - especially if All includes Canada !
I have one quick question tho..
I understand that the gsm version will probably be released earlier, but when will we (germany - gsm) get this phone?
Even tho it's gonna be gsm here as well, probably a few months later, right?
That'd be so ********, cmon... I want it in june or w/e, dont need/dont want it like 2-4months later..
I waaaaant this phone.... : (

i know its impossible to tell, but could anyone make sume assumptions how much later europe/germany will get it? ; <
maybe someone how many months later we get some of the other BB devices etc and therefore can guess?
thanks in advance
You're correct... it is impossible to tell ;)
However, Europe/UK have seen many of the previous new GSM releases before the US.
I hope 9930 hits VZW first... and SOON!
T-Mobile already confirmed on their twitter a 4G variant of the Bold will be out later this year.
Nobody can know for sure, but the issue with any european launch of a new device is out of Rim's hands to a certain extent as you have additional languages to be supported and for companies like vodafone, t-mobile etc. they are going to be getting bug reports from multiple countries during their testing phase due to different network setups.
The odds are that most carriers are going to want to get a device like this as quickly as possible though, so assuming it is out late June in the states, you'd expect some carriers to have it out in europe by late July.
Why should you care about it hitting one cdma carrier before the other providing the latter half of your sentence is true, does it really matter if Sprint's testing happens to take slightly less time than that of VZW or vice versa?
TMO 4G = HSPA+ for the rest of the world
So yes, that would be the standard variant Bold 9900 ;)
i have been iffy on this phone but the more i read about it the more i see videos of it the more i want it and its confirmed coming to Tmo so im happy
I hope both carriers.
AT&T online currently has their entire BB line-up discounted with free shipping and waived activations - hoping thats a good sign.
