Hello - I am unable to view pictures, Music in my blackberry however when it is connected to my laptop I can view all the data

I have not made any recent changes to my phone

Device - BB9900 (bold)

Further to this, if i click a photograph it is not getting saved in the phone & dsappears from it.

I do not have any additional SD card in the cellphone as well

Any suggestion/help would be highly appreciated!!

Try an look for files icon an view an see if they are there if not maybe u should try an update os an see if it changes
