Hi,

I have my blackberry 9900 for 9 months now. This morning i sent a text without any problems. Then suddenly, I try to send a text one hour ago and it gives me the message 'unknown subscriber'. I try to send a message to someone else and same problem. I also tried sending a message to a number not from my phonebook and same problem. I have no problem receiving texts or calling people or getting calls. Only sending texts is a problem. I already called my network provider and no problems my simcard or connection.

So does someone please have a solution for this? I don't want to get my 9900 fixed, that will take 2 weeks.

Have you tried a battery pull?

Yes, I also took out my simcard and didn't help.

Turn off and on again first, and if it doesnt work,

Battery pull!

If it stays the same, contact your provider...

reinstall the os on your bb it will be fixed.

Resend service books. Options/Device/Advanced System Settings/Host routing Table/Menu/Register Now. Should fix you right up.

I had this problem with my Bold 9900 with AT&T except ot said "Network out of order.". I waited a couple of hours and I was able to send messages again.
