I want to view videos recorded on my BB Bold 9930. I am plugging in the data cable and I have the latest version of RealPlayer, but all I have is audio when I open my videos in Real Player. I can't see the videos. I checked to make sure I didn't have encryption enabled on media files. Any ideas on how I can actually see the videos in RealPlayer?

Have you tried window media player to see if it works there.

Just tried it in Windows Media Player and the 3GP file type is not supported
