Hello all, had a bold 9780 for about 18 months and died last week. Just got a new bold 9900 now and I am trying to reinstall a couple of nice theme I had on my previous phone using app world. I can download all the apps/themes I want exept the 2 themes I had before, that i really liked (of course...). Those 2 are available for the 9900 OS7. When I hit the reinstall button, it starts but then it says ''There was a problem installing.....theme. Please try again''.

Is it because it is trying to install the version that was for my 9780 on my 9900 and obvioulsy it can't? HHas anyone seen this before and was able to go aroud it?

    any help is appreciated!! thx.

are you using the same blackberry id as the one you used on the 9780.

here are a few steps you can try:

battery pull before all and try again to download if not follow the steps below

    Clear the AppWorld application cache:

    1. Open App World

    2. Go to My World

    3. Hold down the ALT key and then press, in sequence R, then S, then T

    5. Return to AppWorld. Log into MyWorld and try again.

    register with wireless network:
go to Options>Device>Advanced System Settings>Host Routing Table

Press the Menu key and click Register Now.

yes, same blackberry ID than on my 9780.

Tried it all with no success. Some additional details:

-The themes are showing in my uninstalled List in my World. I never uninstalled them.
-They were free when I got them with my 9780. They are not anymore.
