Ok, my white BlackBerry is just one week old and it's been fine and dandy EXCEPT when i've paired it to my computer and i just canNOT receive the bluetooth files! Any solutions to this annoying issue?

I've tried deleting and re-pairing, ive tried restarting both my BB and my laptop but still.. Gaah!
