    i cant access neither recieve BBS in my BB9930 verizon, am in Kenya using safaricom line. kindly advice how to fix it.

    BBS? Or BBM, not quite sure what you're referring to. Please clarify.

    Do you see the BB symbol up in the top right corner of your screen?
    Are you paying for a BB data plan on your active SIM?
    Are you able to browse the internet on the device itself?
    Are you able to access BlackBerry App World?
    Did BBM work previously in this area?
