    I recently got a second hand Bold 9900 on EE network. Every time I click on e-mail account management, I get: "Your device ha d a problem connecting to the server". I tried doing Hosting routing, I ensured the data roaming is on, I tried going on www.blackberry.com/integrate, it says "Unknown error". I called EE and they said they no longer support this functionality. I can browse the internet fine on my bold. I tried to sign up my mobile on BIS; it says: "Your Blackberry device is not registered with your wireless service provider". Is there any way I can someone get my e-mails working? Help would be really appreciated thanks.

    It's completely on EE, if they aren't supporting BIS fully any more there's not much anyone can do to help you.
