Hi

Does anyone know why when i type a name such as Jim in to my search bar within my address book it will only allow me to sear with the first letter ie J and then when I type in the letter I it says I do not have any contacts with that name!
This only seems to happen when search with the letter I, all other contacts show up.

Please help..

Mine works fine.....if i have a contact named Jim Smith......I enter the letter "j", and when I enter "i", that entry is shown.
Not sure why it doesn't work for you.

Check languages for system and typing.
It is very likely that you are setup with another language close to i like i without the dot, lower case.
What happens when you type JIM like all capitals, it should work then?
