I don't use FB but the wife does so I know what you're speaking of. I'm honestly not sure but I don't believe so unless the current folder was/is at max capacity. Hopefully someone who uses FB will post here and let you know for sure. Sorry I can't be of more help.
I *think* FB mobile upload folders do have that cap... where once reached, FB just automatically creates "Mobile Uploads 2" for you... could be wrong though...
