USER ID PROBLEMS on my 9900

Fellow users

I have a 9900 on SFR/Vodafone - until yesterday the caller ID worked perfectly, i.e. if the caller was in my address book, their name appeared on the screen when they called me.

Now just the number appears

All numbers stored in my address book have a full international dialing prefix - yet when the number now appears on my screen it is without this.

Any ideas (not too technical pls)

1. if you have set encryption enable, you wont be able to see friendly names given to numbers
2. CLIP (Caller Line identification Presentation) must be enabled on your line.

check for both...
if nothing works...
advance backup...
wipe..
reinstall/update OS...
