One of my users is experiencing trouble syncing her BB calendar to the same on Outlook. The client has a BB BOLD, not sure of the model number. I read a thread, in another forum, that suggested deleting all emails with CACI (?) behind, which was done, but the sync problem continues. Would appreciate help with this. Thank you in advance.
Hi there. This is the forum for the unreleased Bold 9900/9930. I am guessing your user has an older/current Bold model. I would post this in a more appropriate section so it gets the right exposure.
I found some threads that might relate to your issue though so hopefully one of them helps. I'm assuming your user is on BES.
