    The actual notification bar or the drop down?

    If you are speaking of the drop down... no. It will always show your top three events regardless of reminder or no reminder set.

    No you can't change the drop down.

    Reminder option is: open calendar, press menu button, and then calendar display and actions. Scroll down to set default reminder.

    i was wondering about this as well. Sometimes it gets annoying when it pops up. Well, that's what I get for syncing with facebook calendars. Cheers!
