    So I want to purchase an appication, and the billing method is threw my carrier (t-mobile) but then it doesn't process the purchase and shows up as an error.

    Any fixes to this? Thank you

    Some accounts may not support carrier billing. For example, you may not have that optoon in your t-mobile account plan.

    Yes, you should post the error code to get at least a reasonable answer from someone here.
