    Without having done an actual price comparison I'd say you should look at an iPhone 4S or an Android handset if you don't want to spend the money on a new BB10 device. The 9900 has a wonderful keyboard, but it is severely app-limited and development for OS7 has essentially stopped. You'll get better value from a previous generation iPhone and still be upgradeable to iOS 7 when it comes out this fall.
