So i got my t-mobile 9900 a couple weeks ago and i love it. I noticed the track pad seemed a bit different from the 9700 and that was expected. What I noticed was the track pad was not as far out as the 9700, in fact its actually a tiny bit below the surrounding buttons. I thought thats how they all were. also the surrounding buttons seemed to be raised a tiny bit and makes like a creaking sound whenever they're pushed. I wasn't sure if that was normal or not until I saw my dads 9900 from at&t. his buttons were perfect and solid. he had his phone since at&t had it available. Do you guys think its worth bringing it back and getting another phone? or anyone else experiencing something similar.

lots of problems with the quality of the keyboards on this device. sunken trackpads is one of them. l would get rid of it because your call end panel is likely higher than your screen which means your thumb will drag against the panel when you use the sunken trackpad. is the the pad crooked and lavendar when illuminated too?
