    I'm trying a new BB (9900) - just trying it out (new to BB). I moved over my SIM (which has voice and data plan for my Android). Although voice calls work, I can't browse the network. No idea what's wrong - help!

    I have a BES express server running, so I can activate the BB if that helps, but I assume something else is wrong....

    You need a BlackBerry data plan from your carrier. The Android data plan won't work.

    I looked at my Carrier's web site (Telus in Canada), and the plans are called Voice & Data. There doesn't seem to be a Blackberry option.

    Do I have to call customer service for them to do something?

    Yes, call Telus and ask for the BlackBerry Data Plan.
