    When I click on the bridge icon on the phone (9900), it does not offer a 'Use Remote Control' option - anyone know how that can be resolved?

    Make sure you have the latest version of BB Bridge on your phone.

    I had to update to the newest version to get the remote feature on the phone once os 2 was installed

    Delete and reinstall bridge app.....this should reset everything
