I think if you buy an OEM piece which originally came from a blackberry factory it should have the adhesive. I'm going to try sw-box.com , they seem to have exactly that.
You can just use a finger nail if you don't have a pry tool. Gently pry it up starting under the alt key. There is also a teardown vid on youtube if you're having problems.
Its very easy for a site to add OEM on the name of their product to make it more attractive. As for the Nail polish remover trick it worked perfectly for me with absolutely no ghost image. Very easy to remove. Just keep rubbing!
