I noticed the other day that all of my ring tones are much quieter than before. At first I thought it was the case covering up the speaker so I took it off but it didn't help, I realized the ring tones were playing out of the headset speaker instead of the loud speaker. I tried running the speaker diagnostic test but it wouldn't let me select play. Does anyone know what may be causing this or how to fix it?
