    I've had 3 9930s over the past few months and they all start freezing up after about a month of use? I timed the freeze + it lasts about 45-60 seconds. So frustrating. I love my phone but can't get much done this way.

    Pull your battery for 30 seconds every 2-3 days
    this will fix your issue.

    A BlackBerry is like a computer, it needs to be restarted every so often, and using it for a month straight will use up almost all of its resources, so a simple reset fixes this issue

    When in doubt
    Pull it out

    I am surprised the company doing the returns didnt mention this to you.

    I had the same problems with the most recent Verizon official OS release. I was so frustrated that I loaded the recent leaked version, which I never do. I'm glad I did because I haven't experienced the freezes since.
