    Since it is asking for enterprise activation , it is set up for company use.

    Search " removing IT policy from BlackBerry "
    ( follow instructions )

    Once done you will need to get a BIS data plan from your carrier.

    At this point , you can setup for email , bbm , bb world , etc.
