I don't think it has one.
Bold 9900 Doesnt Have Fm Radio Included.. Only The Curve 9360 And 9380 Does.. You Can Try AppWorld For Some Fm Apps
iHeart Radio (not the best experience on the 99xx), Tune In Radio, and Nobex Radio. Sure there are others but those are the ones I use.
TuneIn Radio Pro is free right now in App World as part of that $40 app giveaway. It's really good. Sounds and plays just as well as listening to an actual FM radio.
+1 on TuneIn. I've been using it since it launched. Absolutely no problems. Good support as well. ~ecm
+2 for TuneIn Radio, never have any problems streaming.

Why would you want a FM radio on the Bold? Isn't it 2012? Who uses FM radio? Lol honestly I'd be pissed if I had a useless FM tuner on my phone taking up memory
First: I don't believe that the hardware radio with the software included in OS would be taking any more memory then the software streaming radios.
Second: I would use it for sure, and many other users with:
a) the data plan that is 100% based on BIS, so all the traffic goes through BB servers (which does not support streaming),
b) data plan that has some limits: radio streaming can get you short of 100MB in a day,
c) no mother network coverage, so currently using the data roaming, which is terribly expensive!
Just fast idea: I am sure that many users can think of much more reasons to have.
Not that it is not a great phone! I would not change it to any Curve (which is also great;) ) :)
