    Resend the service books.
Setup / Email Accounts / Internet Mail Account / Menu / Service Books / Send Service Books

Go to Options->Device->Advanced System Settings->Host Routing Table.

Push the menu button and select Register Now. You will get a Registration email saying your hand held has been successfully registered to the network.

Make sure you're signed into BBID, and then try to set up your email accounts, hope this helps!
Tried that Friday, even had T-mobile customer service rep resend the service books from their end. Still no go. I had to set my email accoints all over on tmobiles website. The issue is I am still unable to set the email accounts up through the phone. After going to Setup I am unable to click on Email Accounts as listed in my prior post with the picture. It highlights but doesn't open.

You didn't read the post with the screen shots. I am unable to click on Email Accounts, it highlights but doesn't open when I click on it. ALL the other icons around it opens but not Email Accounts.

Did you shrink the OS before installing it? you might have deleted the functionality in the process. Have you tried resetting the phone to factory settings or reinstalling the OS? why not try another OS instead, like .861.

In fact, I have gone back to .861 yesterday from .912. Battery performance seems better with .861 than .912 and I have the Device Analyzer as well.

Bundle 1909 is OS 7.1.0.658 which is quite old ( first released around October 2012)

As to updating on a MAC, can't help with that one as am a Windows user. From memory, it is quite problematical as the OS .exe files don't run on a MAC and I think that you have to install a virtual Windows program on the MAC.

Try doing a search on CB, i'm sure that there will be some useful threads to be found on the subject.

Automatic update notifications are only sent in relation to your own carriers latest approved OS, not the latest one generally available.

    Hope this helps.

I have the same issue on T Mobile with my hotspot. Won't hook up now. My devices say they cannot find the IP address of my phone. Unfortunately I can't find an old version to put back on. I chatted with T Mo to no avail. Any suggestions?

Thanks, somewhere along the way the email accounts box got unchecked on DM when I updated.
Wiped OS, reinstalled everything and I now have OS .912.
I'll try to find OS .861 because Device Aanylzer is a must for me.
Thanks everyone for your time and assistance.

    Now on .912

    And also NFC.
