Did you just install something new? Make sure your battery is secure and the pins aren't sticking.
I've had it happen 3 times over the last couple days after upgrading the .353 (didn't have this problem on the stock OS).
Going to try the new .440 leak to see if that takes care of it.
...I've had this happen a couple of times, both on a Monday morning. I haven't had time really to check what exactly happened but I have my auto on-off set and I usually turn the phone off manually on a Sunday night, so I'm wondering if that could be the culprit? In other words, manually turning it off has had some weird effect in the auto setting, causing the phone to turn off ten minutes or so after it automatically comes on, on Monday morning? Never had that happen before on other BB's but I will just leave it tomorrow night and see if it happens again on Monday...
New OS7 is just flaky--random bugs. You have to reinstall the OS to fix it.
Happened to mine a few weeks ago. It's usually a corrupted .cod file.
Return/exchange it at the store if you can.
9900 was working fine until one day i picked up the dock, charged overnight and woke up to a black screen and flashing red light. pulled out the battery and waited, popped it back in and it booted up fine. now i get random restarts and the phone wont power off, its like a restart button. definitely something wrong in the software or perhaps hardware. just sent out my 9860 for repairs too. something wrong with these phones coming out of Mexico..
software bug. Get it replaced.
