    Hello guyz,i have got a friend of mine who owns a bold 9900 but unfortunately he had to get his screen changed due to a breakage so after that phone is showing this error code of 513 reload software. So please let me know if any data from the phone can be saved like contacts and other media.And also please let me know what to do to get phone working normally again.
    I really need to save the contacts.Any solutions

    If all else fails, you may want to clean reload your BlackBerry Device Software using BlackBerry Desktop Software for Windows. Have a look into these:
