My phone always lags or freezes for like 10 seconds when I want to exit something. Is this normal? I don't have many programns running too, just bbm, home and the screen. I had this for less than a month.

Try cleaning out the phone....
- Clear out your Event Log
- Clear out browser cache, etc.
- Delete any unneeded e-mails, SMS, MMS, BBMs, call log
- Close out any open apps running in the background
- Remove any apps you're not using as well as unused languages
- Battery pulls are your friend
If this doesn't help you might want to exchange your phone if you're experiencing abnormal lag.
