    Hi guys, I just went back to a bold 9900 and I’m trying to set up my account but seems I cant get emails to work. Is there a way or it just doesn’t work anymore in 2019? Thanks

    Which carrier are you with? Do you have a BlackBerry (BIS) data plan?

    I don’t know if I do actually. I’ve tried calling Telus twice, but they never really know what I’m talking about. Is there a way to look on the phone if I’m on it or not?

    Yeah. Telus has BIS. I don't know if they have to provision you or if it's automatic. You could try signing up here: https://bis.na.blackberry.com/html?brand=telus
