I saw Rogers units made in Mexico 4. According to my experience, best quality is Hungary and Canada. Is there going to be Hungarian or Canadian Bold 9900 or only Mexico?
I really hope mine says Canada... I always loved pulling the battery on my Storm (daily haha!) and seeing the sticker that said MADE IN CANADA.
Its not a big deal to most I suppose, but I took pride in the fact that my RIM device was developed, built and supplied by ALL Canadian companies. Guess thats a thing of the past...

My Storm was made in Mexico 5.
As someone from the States I was hoping for Canada because why not. Similar to your thoughts.
I had 9780 made in Mexico 4. Wiggly trackpad, keyboard shudder.
Had to change keyboard paper and trackpad myself.
My colleague has Mexican 9800 - had to change earpiece.
Looking forward to get Canadian or at least Hungarian 9900.
VZW 9930 from Mexico 5. Having problems with incoming calls (voices garbled, hard to hear, etc.). Anyone know if it is possible to request that a carrier send you a replacement from a specific country (i.e., Canada)?
I have one from Mexico 4 and it sucks, the plastic around the trackpad was not flush with the touchscreen and it was slowly lifting up. Telus is sending me another one ASAP so hopefully it comes from Canada
