    I just updated my Rogers 9900 from the Software Update screen OTA. The "registration successful" message will not delete. Have tried everything including battery pull, hard reset, alt+shift+delete, etc. Is there a way to remove this msg? Never had this happen before. Thanks.

    I would not worry about it, eventually it will go away. But if it bothers you that much you can always wipe and reload the OS.

    Problem solved! I have this issue now on my Bold 9900. I not long ago updated to the latest 7.1 build, and as always it re-registers your device on the network and sends a message. Normally I can delete the message with no problem. Now, about 10 days later it still will not delete. I've tried the battery pull but did not work. I re-sent the Service Books (go to Mail > Options > Service Books > Send Service Books. Once I got the Email registration Emails, I was finally able to delete all of them, including the message above. Problem solved.
