I recently updated my 9930 with 7.1 bundle 921 and now BB maps program doesn't work properly. It starts but all I get is a grey screen. No matter what I do I can't get it to work correctly. It worked fine before. Unfortunately its a work device and they restrict my ability download third party apps so google maps are out of the question.
Have you tried reinstalling the previous OS? Did you have to do anything special to make BBMaps work originally? Is anything else not working? It may be that your Enterprise Activation is not finished, or that your BES admin is now blocking BBMaps.
For some reason I cannot downgrade now. I don't remember doing anything special to make it work before. Everything else works fine on the device and on maps except the actual maps do not load. I'll talk with the person in charge of issuing them to see if they are limiting that program but I would think it wouldn't work at all.
