    so I did everything. I did a complete wipe twice, and reinstalled the OS 2 times. the phone is basically brand new. it keeps on rebooting. what should I do?

    it turned out that the problem is form T'mobile. they want money thats it. the minute you connect to wifi calling, the phone reboots.
