Okay this is an interesting question and I didn't know quite where to put it.

I have multiple IMAP email accounts (a couple on Gmail and a few on Hostgator) and I'm happy to report very fast push service. I also notice perfect IMAP functionality between the BlackBerry and the server(s).

However, the IMAP functionality between the server(s) and the handset is not working properly.

Basically, when I delete an email from the server side, it doesn't get deleted on the Blackberry. It works perfectly the other way around though.

I have my 9930 setup to synchronize deleted items and reconciliation setup for "mailbox wins" on conflicts.

Both Gmail and Hostgator accounts behave the same.

I would love to have two way IMAP functionality between the mailboxes.

Can someone help?

Only a couple of email servers will currently 2-way sync with a BlackBerry.

Yahoo! and Hotmail are the only ones I believe. That feature is supposedly 'coming soon' for Gmail. Others will only sync 1-way.
