Since yesterday I got a message from Blackberry ID verification/Blackberry Protect that I need to verify my Blackberry ID but it doesn't work aswell...

    Shows me the message "Unable to log in to your Blackberry ID account".... I can access my account online via Blackberry, did a hard reset, set my time at autom. changed my password, but I can't pass....

    What do I need to do?

    I assume you created the Blackberry ID account on your device? You need that for App World.....

    Always worked... Blackberry Protect & Blackberry App world giving me the same inlogfields... And my password is correctly, otherwise I got a message with that...

    Have you updated the OS? Backup and re-install the OS. Make a new BB ID.

    I've just suffered this very problem and eneded up with the UK Vodafone tech team working
    On it and it has been acknowlegded as a promblem with
    The 9900!
    They couldn't come up with an answer! It appears to be a
    Missalignment with the BB server!
    I ended up doing a security wipe and now its fine!
    However had loads of trouble getting everything transfered over
    Even a backup failed to transfer everything, I had to manually
    Select everything! 4 days of my life I lost on this dammed phone!
    Nice phone, crap battery life and very poor transfer process, compared the the
    3 previous Bolds I've owned!
